We are the Hallmark of the construction industry as it relates to accessibility and elderly Independence. We provide remodeling services from as basic as grab bar installation to the remodeling of your entire bathroom or the addition of a new bathroom as part of a home addition. We'll assist with any design or provide the complete services ourselves for a bathroom that is not only safe but beautiful. - Kitchens - View Projects

- Bearing Wall Removals
ARI has come into homes and completely changed the layout by removing walls and opening up spaces. As licensed remodelers in North West Ohio we have the experience and the knowledge to complete any remodeling project in your home no matter how complicated. Our relationships with Architects and Engineers will always steer us in the right direction when complicated questions arise.
- Door widening
One of the most straight forward things that someone can do immediately to maintain accessibility is to widen door ways. This is a simple procedure for a trained professional but it takes skill to make it look like it was always that size. We take pride in making these enlarged openings look like "they grew there".
- Lift Equipment (Providers / Installers)
ARI can provide and install any lift equipment including stair lifts, porch lifts, residential elevators and ceiling lifts. We are the source for all of your accessibility and independence equipment needs.
- Additions
While reviewing the accessibility requirements of a home it is often determined that the existing space just won't work to meet the needs of the client. In these situations we have often proposed additions to the home which are geared completely or partially to resolving issues surrounding accessibility and/or elderly Independence environments. We pride ourselves in working very closely with the client to end up with the best solution given all of the various considerations (land availability, size vs. cost, most bang for the buck, interaction with the rest of the home). - Basements / Home Theatre - View Projects
As licensed remodelers in NW Ohio we have completed dozens of basement projects addressing the needs of clients for play areas, office space, workout space, home theatre or just additional family room space. We work with the client to determine their wishes in conjunction with their budget to end up with an affordable solution to providing additional usable gathering space within an existing home.

Patrick brings years of very specific custom garage design and construction experience to ARI. Patrick has been involved with over 75 garage projects, and it is the attention to detail and imagination that sets us apart from the others that provide this service. ARI will coordinate every phase of construction seamlessly, added with the design input needed to provide exactly what our client asks for, but within the budget that is required for it to be a successful addition to your home.

ARI will work with an individual interested in building or a bank trust to provide accessible housing designed specifically for the special needs of the individual. We can handle all phases of the process from the purchase of the land, to zoning approvals, including design and construction from start to finish.
