This existing space presented a challenge to make an accessible bath within very tight quarters.  The workable space was only 5'x7' with limiting constraints which prevented us from enlarging the space.  Therefore, a pedestal sink was chosen along with a toilet that made room to an accessible shower with tiled walls and a built in tiled seat rather than a clinical looking fold down seat.  The end result  of the remodel was a beautiful accessible bathroom rather than a clinical looking hospital style bathroom.

This bathroom represented some design risks with color as the client was accustomed to very little color but was wanting to make a change.  We worked together to determine direction and came up with a complete change in layout and use that better suited their everyday needs.  The layout and the color is now an inspiration to them everyday. This project was a high-end bathroom modification which included a new tile floor, comfort height (17") toilet and sink with custom open vanity.  Pictured is the fluted custom exotic hardwood vanity with the surface mounted sink on granite.
