The American Cancer Society combined several of their county offices to one location in Perrysburg, OH and ARI was hired by LeanTrak Inc. of Maumee, OH to manage the union trades to complete this very tightly scheduled project. We completed this transition two weeks early and $8,000 below the original budget , which allowed the client additional monies to provide technological advances that they had thought they would need to wait on.
