ARI was the General Contractor/Construction Manager for a 4,500 SF remodeling project converting an existing Doctors Office into an outpatient surgery center which included exam, recovery and surgical spaces. We managed local union labor forces to completely gut this space and bring it back as detailed by David Bates and Associates, Architects. We completed this project two weeks early and $28,000 under the original budget while still allowing the client to maintain their daily operations with very limited interruption.
